Wow! Former Jets wide receiver Brandon Marshall is moving, but not too far. He will be suiting up with New York Giants, a source told NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport.
Reports say the two-year deal is worth $12 million. Marshall was going to make $7.5 million with the Jets nest season, but was released last week. The Free agency period doesn’t begin until Thursday at 4 p.m, at that time he will sign the contract.
This is an interesting move for the Giants, who already seem to have a good WR core. This signing definitely gives them one of the most dynamic Wide receiving combos in the League. I am sure Eli Manning is excited for the upcoming season.
